Ganbaru at the M.A.C. combines obstacle training (ninja, parkour, rock climbing) and heart training (character, behavior, attitude) to teach kids how to overcome obstacles on a course, in the gym, and in life. The Ganbaru ninja, parkour, and bouldering youth program consist of weekly classes for ages 5 to 14. The 55-minute class includes a variety of exercises, games, and activities that help hone skills for rock climbing, parkour and ninja obstacle course navigation which include hanging, total body and, balance obstacles. In addition to building physical strength, endurance, speed, agility, and coordination, our coached promote the development of life skills facilitating mental toughness, stewardship, sportsmanship, honesty, and integrity.
