10 Things To Do with KIDS This Weekend

The days may all be a blur, but we can still get excited for the weekend. After a long week at home, spend time outside and take in some fresh air. And if you need some inspiration for things to do with your kids, here are 10 things you CAN do this weekend.

The Christmas season officially begins this weekend and we’re kicking things off with our favorite tradition, a family cruise down Hines Drive for Wayne County Lightfest!

Before or after Lightfest, drive by the Bostick House in Garden City for a fun and free musical light show.

We’re heading to Blake’s this weekend to find the perfect tree and get some sweet treats to celebrate the holidays!

Looking for Santa? You can find him at the local mall – here’s your go-to Santa Finder Guide.

Santa’s also teaming up with the Plymouth Fire Department to drive around the city and say hi to girls and boys on Friday!

If you want to escape from the noise, head to the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe. It’s the final weekend for free admission for kids.

It’s also your last chance to visit the Fairy Doors on Belle Isle!

Enter to win a Christmas in the Mitten party package from this week’s  #MomLife feature Julie!

Shop Small Saturday (and everyday)! Here’s a list of local stores that sell toys, books, clothes and more to help you get through your shopping list.

Stay up late and cuddle up on the couch for a Christmas movie. We put together a list of our favorite holiday movies with snack, activity and outing ideas to do too!

Need a night off this weekend? Make it a PIZZA NIGHT! Order Hungry Howie’s and have dinner delivered to your door.
