Hallowe’en at Greenfield Village is one of our favorite annual events and tickets go on sale for the sell-out activity soon!
From harvest markets and fall themes to costumed storybook characters and ghostly performances, the Henry Ford’s 43-year Hallowe’en tradition is a can’t miss event. Hosted over 16 evenings in October, Hallowe’en in Greenfield Village is formatted for guests to stroll through the village at their own pace, picking and choosing their own festive or frightful experience. The experience includes:
- Hallowe’en Express train experience (additional $3 ticket purchase required)
- More than 50 costumed characters like the Grim Reaper, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan and more
- Dramatic vignettes from The Wizard of Oz, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, The Tell-Tale Heart and more
- Imaginative storybook experiences from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Peter Pan
- Village-wide theming with special lighting and sound effects
- Illuminated jack-o’-lantern path
- Fall treats, hot beverages and craft beer
- FREE horse-drawn carriage rides
Hallowe’en takes place from 4pm to 9:30pm on Thursdays thru Sundays from October 5th to October 29th. Tickets for the 2023 season go on sale Wednesday, August 30th for members* and Wednesday, September 6th for the general public. General admission is $27 for adults’ and $20.25 for children ages 2 to 11 (members receive a discount). Get tickets here.
Upgrade your experience and book a table at the Fairy Tale Feast! Delight in a Hallowe’en-themed buffet supper that’s perfect for young children and families. Meet storybook and spooky characters from Hallowe’en in Greenfield Village and munch on festive fare at A Taste of History Restaurant. The special dining experience includes admission to Hallowe’en and costs $65 for adults and $58.25 for kids ages 2 to 11 (members receive a discount).
*If you can, get a family membership and enjoy the savings. A family membership is $200 (the cost of one family of 4 visit plus $67) and if you visit The Henry Ford and/or Greenfield Village twice in a year its paid of itself.
