The City of Detroit Hosts FREE Easter Egg Hunt For Families This Weekend

If you’re looking for festive fun this weekend, check out Detroit Parks and Recreation’s  Easter Fun Fest on Saturday between 10am and 3pm. The FREE family event is open to the public!

 

Celebrate Easter weekend at the Lasky Recreation Center on Saturday, April 16th from 10am to 3pm. The FREE family event will feature fun activities for everyone to enjoy.

  • Photos with the Easter Bunny
  • Video Game Truck
  • Petting Zoo
  • Mobile Bowling Alley
  • Inflatables & Games
  • Food Trucks + vouchers for early arrivals

 

The holiday event wouldn’t be complete without an egg hunt and pletny of candy! To make sure all ages have fun the Easter Egg Hunt will happen at different times for select age groups.

  • 11:00am: Ages 5 and younger
  • 11:30am: Ages 8 & 9
  • 12:00pm: Ages 6 & 7
  • 12:30pm: Ages 10 to 12 and kids 5 and younger

 

If you can’t make Saturday’s event, stop by the Adams Butzel Complex on Thursday, April 14th between 4pm to 7pm and join in on an Easter Egg Hunt and decorating!
