Take a trip to Heritage Park Petting Farm for hands-on fun. Enter through he Welcome Center and head to nature pond to look for fish, frogs, turtles and ducks.  Afterwards you can go to the Big Red Barn and visit with goats, sheep, alpacas, ponies, cows, donkeys, rabbits, chickens, and piglets. Farm admission is $4 per person and $3 for Taylor residents. Children 1 and under are free. Family farm passes are available for $60 annually for a family of five.

Mark your calendar, Celebrate Spring is Saturday, April 24th and will feature pony rides in addition to visits with your favorite farm animals. Special events at Heritage Farm are $5 per person.

The farm isn’t the only thing to do at Heritage Park. Take a walk through the botanical gardens, stroll through the historic village and in the summer cool down at the Lamarand Splash Pad!
