Looking to get away for the day? Take a trip to Saginaw’s Children Zoo for animal visits and family adventures for only $5!
Take a 90 minute drive north to the Saginaw Children’s Zoo. It is one of our favorites to visit because it is picturesque and easy to navigate with kids. It’s no too big, but there’s LOTS to see.
The zoo is home to more than 150 mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates and there are a lot of special activities to check out as you explore the grounds. The Wetlands are a green oasis with boardwalks and beautiful flowers for a picture perfect background. Kids can run around the playground, explore the fossil dig, ride the carousel and even a train! Be sure to sit back, relax and watch an educational and interactive animal show too.
The Saginaw Children’s Zoo is open daily from 10am to 5pm and tickets can be reserved online. Admission is $5 per person and children 11 months and younger are FREE!
