M Street Bakery is the only excuse I ever need to visit Howell. The massive milkshakes are handcrafted and stacked…
The Detroit Riverfront is one of our favorite places to explore! From cruising the Dequindre Cut on a family bike ride, to lounging along the river watching boats with our feet in the sand at Valade Park, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge.
The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy is a non-profit organization, so to help keep the riverfront clean and to continue to welcome new park features (have you seen the massive park project happening on the West Riverfront?!), the Conservancy depends on donations from visitors and supporters.
You can show your support for the Detroit Riverfront by placing an order for a limited edition #BeingApartTogether Package full of locally-sourced items that encourage outdoor fun for the entire family. Whether you treat yourself to this box of riverfront treasures or order it as a gift for a loved one, by purchasing the #BeingApartTogether Package, you are supporting the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy in a major way.
In normal times, the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy hosts their annual fundraising events to raise funds and awareness. Due to COVID-19 there will not be an in-person gala this year, but you CAN attend these FREE virtual events on Friday, October 16th.
See donation money at work and visit the amazing projects of the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy with an online tour hosted by the Detroit Experience Factory.
Tune-in on the Detroit Riverfront’s Facebook page for a special night of performances by local artists along the riverfront. The whole community can enjoy the serenity of the river set to the perfect soundtrack of Detroit talent—all designed to bring the riverfront safely to our homes.
Please remember that every dollar counts, whether you can buy a box or just donate $5, it all makes a difference!
