Inflatable Rental Safety Tips From Five Little Monkeys
Five Little Monkeys is a family-owned party rental business, started by two local families, who wanted to make outdoor fun safer for the littles in our lives. All of their equipment is new and features the latest safety designs that exceed the standards set by the state. From bounce houses and water slides to tents and outdoor games – they offer everything you need to have fun in the sun. We’re all more conscious about cleanliness and shared surfaces; therefore, Five Little Monkey’s wanted to share answers to common questions:
Will you sanitize the units in front of me, onsite and after setup?
Our new, virtually fail-safe disinfection process now includes an additional spray/mist application of a CDC/EPA-approved virucide at the time of delivery. This sanitizer product is a touchless, no-rinse/no-wipe formula, which we thoroughly spray onto all surfaces after setup, under your supervision. Once dried (~15 minutes), the unit is disinfected and safe to use! (It’s approved for safe use in schools, gyms and even on food prep surfaces!)
What are you using to sanitize your units between rentals? Is it a wipe-down (hard to hit all surfaces) or a spray/mist application?

Our warehouse includes both a high ceiling indoor cleaning area, and an outdoor cleaning area with specialized drain tile flooring, giving us the ability to clean and dry our units between rentals regardless of the weather conditions.
Can I make a last minute cancellation for any reason and get a refund, or will I lose my deposit / only be issued a raincheck?
