Highland Township’s new natural playground at Chill At The Mill is set to offer families a cool new place to play.
Chill At The Mill, located next to the Highland Township Public Library, will be a play space for kids of all ages. The ‘Honey I Shrunk The Kids’ inspired natural play structure will have elements for all abilities and include a replica of the Spring Mills flour mill to provide educational space and restrooms. The play space will be surrounded by vegetation to sustain the butterflies native to the area while providing people with a place to sit, relax and enjoy nature.
An opening date has not yet been announced but construction is well underway.
