Meet Wande

My name is Wande, and I am a wife to an amazing, hardworking man and a girl mom of two! Zarina 6 years old and Zayna 2 years old. Motherhood has been a rewarding journey. I love my family, fashion, and staying fit. I was born in Chicago, IL, and raised in Kalamazoo, MI. After college, I took a job in the metro Detroit area and have since grown to love this city! I currently work in the aviation industry, but also venture into my Entrepreneurship (vlogging, real estate investing, trading, and vending machine ownership).

They have a great playground, scenic trail, petting zoo, and a splash pad we enjoy all summer long!

Best Family-Friendly Annual Event: Kalamazoo

They have a really awesome Air Zoo we love to explore while there.

Best Television/Movie: SING!

My husband, kids, and I have watched that animation movie more times than we can count. Our favorite quote from the movie that we instill in our girls is “Don’t let fear stop you from doing the thing you love.

Best Winter Destination or Event: Detroit Tree Lighting

We love exploring how beautiful the decor and lights are in downtown Detroit.

“Pat Yourself on the Back” Accomplishment: Teaching Our Girls Values and Life Lessons

My girls are My Reasons! They make life better in every single way possible. They have no idea how much they push and motivate me to be better and keep striving. My goal is for my girls to look at me and say, “Mom went after everything she wanted and manifested it all. If she can…so can I.
