Meet Krysta + Serena
Hi! We are Krysta + Serena, co-hosts of the Momsense Nonsense Podcast. To put it lightly, we are a couple of moms, with two boys each ranging from ages 2-6, who are literally winging it through this journey called motherhood. We are by no means parenting experts and love having this judgement free zone to be able to talk about all things related to mommin’. Not only do we want to be a place for comedic relief for other moms, but we also want to make a positive impact on our communities.
In October 2019, we ran our first half marathon. The night before the race, we recorded our pre-race jitters episode. During this episode, we talked about the other events that we were considering doing. We encouraged other moms to step out of their comfort zones, to join us in one of these events. Momsense Nonsense is a place for moms to join together; to help good charities, causes and mothers in our communities. We want to make a positive impact on moms going through whatever they might be going through and to let them know they are not alone by sharing stories from real life moms. Speaking of #MomLife here are a few of our local favorites.

Our boys are huge Sonic the Hedgehog fans! We also love the shows Dino the Dinosaur on Prime, The Floor is Lava on Netflix and American Ninja Warrior Junior
Best Annual Event: Momsense Nonsense Events!
We host an annual holiday Christmas gathering each year for moms in Michigan to come relax and enjoy a night out. And this year we put together a Mom’s Golf Night Out League where moms from all over Metro Detroit come together to golf every other week.
Best Life-Saver: White Claw! Haha!
Best Summer Destination: Traverse City + Mackinaw
Anywhere in Northern or Western Michigan. This state is so beautiful and has so many great little towns for fun! Traverse City, Sutton’s Bay, South Haven, Grand Haven, Mackinaw, so many to choose from!
