Best Park/Playground: Heritage Park (Farmington Hills)
We LOVE Heritage Park in Farmington Hills, mainly for the splash pad. We also really enjoyed their COVID-friendly Santa visit last Christmas.
Best Family-Friendly Annual Event: Noon Year’s Eve (Detroit Historical Museum)
We love the kids’ NYE Balloon drop at the Detroit Historical Museum.
Your Mom Must-Have: HELP!
I make it a point to not go anywhere with my kids alone. Whether it’s with another mama and her littles or my parents, spouse or nanny. It takes a village and corralling kids is a lot of work.
Best Summer Destination or Event: Heritage Park Splash Pad (Farmington Hills)
It’s close to our home, and an easy and fun activity on hot summer days! I love that they have a snack hut too, we always get popsicles!
