Meet Chelsea + Ambur

Hey Hey! Our names are Ambur and Chelsea – owners and founders of Cool Moms Club. We have four boys between the 2 of us. Slater (5) and Otto (2.5) (Ambur’s kids), and Tommy (5) and Charlie (3) (Chelsea’s kids). We’ve been friends for over 15 years and finally decided to take the plunge and start a business together geared towards motherhood. We have a clothing line we run through Ink Detroit in Hazel Park, we have merchandise at their store and online as well! We wanted to start this brand geared towards REAL and raw motherhood because we felt like every influencer and blogger was so picture perfect and we are the furthest from that. We love creating a judgment-free environment and are definitely known for being unfiltered.

They have so many new features including a splash pad, ice rink, and farmers market.

Best Family-Friendly Annual Event: Blake’s Cider Mill (Armada)

Blakes has so many things to do for the whole family. Pumpkin picking, cutting down your Christmas tree, hayrides, and even just hanging out at their winery and tasting room.

Your Mom Must-Have: Osmo for the iPad

We love anything educational and are not opposed to iPads. For us, it would definitely be White Claw, wine, or champagne -for obvious reasons, LOL.

Best Spring Destination or Event: Monster Energy Supercross (Detroit)

Monster Jam and Supercross – our kids love dirt bikes.

“Pat Yourself on the Back” Accomplishment: Happy Kids = Happy Moms!

Honestly, for both of us, it’s just having our kids genuinely happy. As long as they’re happy, we’re happy and in life, we feel like that’s all that matters.
