MID-WINTER BREAK CAMPS IN METRO DETROIT

Mid-Winter Break is right around the corner and if you’re in need of all-day child care while the kids are out of school or just a fun place to drop the kiddos off for a few hours while you clear your to-do list- these are great mid-winter break camps to choose from. Whether they’re into art, sports or STEM, there are plenty of options throughout Metro Detroit for kids of all ages.
Franklin Athletic Club School Break Camp (Southfield)
Franklin Athletic Club offers a variety of fun winter break camps for kids, including Fun and Games Camp, Holiday Tennis Camp, and Basketball Camp.
Dates: February 17 – 21

Beverly Hills Club Schools Off, Camps On (Beverly Hills)
Schools Off, Camps On is a fun, safe, and supervised camp for kids while school is off. Families can choose from full-day, half-day AM or PM options, and pre and post-camp care. Registration is available online.

Birmingham Public Schools Mid-Winter Break Camps (Birmingham)
Birmingham Public Schools offers children multiple mid-winter break camp options including STEM programs, sports camps, and kids empowered camps. Extended care options are available and registration can be completed online.

Mid-Winter Break Dance & Crafts Camps (Birmingham)
Beat the midwinter blues in this fun, energetic camp filled with dance and creativity. Each day will be a new adventure as campers explore different dance styles, games, activities and crafts. Spend your midwinter break doing something new and exciting!

Cranbrook Radical Winter Recess (Bloomfield Hills)
Radical Winter Recess offers a variety of activities on the Cranbrook campus and a field trip each week to a nearby entertainment venue. Lunch and snacks are included. The camp runs from 9AM to 3PM with the option of Extended Care (7AM/6PM).

Stars and Stripes Kids Activity Center Mid Winter Break Camps (Clarkston)
Who is looking for FUN? Does your child get bored during their holiday break from school? Do they run around the house, up and down, and all-around? This camp is great for kids who just want to play. Campers will use all the gym equipment, mats, and accessories available at Stars & Stripes to have a great time! There is a jammed packed itinerary of fun that includes inflatable bouncers, forts, arts & crafts, outside playtime, snowman building, hide-n-seek in the dark, and so much more!

Joe Dumars Fieldhouse Break Week Camps (Detroit and Shelby Township)
Want to give your kids something educational, exciting, and fun to keep them occupied during Winter Break? The Joe Dumars Fieldhouse Break Week Camps give participants an opportunity to get out of the house and stay active during their break.

My School Break Mid-Winter Break Camp (Detroit)
Mid-Winter Break camps are for youth who are interested in dance, music, visual arts, drawing, reading, and writing. From outdoor adventures, STEAM workshops, activities, games, and field trips- participants will have a BLAST! HOT breakfast, HOT lunch, and snacks provided.

School Break Camp is a fun, safe place for your child to spend their time out of school and has locations throughout Metro Detroit. Campers have a chance to play games, do arts & crafts, and stay active with a variety of activities. YMCA School Break Camps offer before and aftercare. Total Sports Complex President’s Day Camp (Farmington)
Total Sports Complex host multi-sport camps in Farmington. The campers will have a blast playing Soccer, Dodgeball, Football, Kickball, Knockerball, Archery Tag, Soccer Darts, jump on the Moon Bounce, play our Golf Simulator, and Capture the Flag!

Mid- Winter Break Art Intensive and Winter Survival Camp (Farmington Hills)
Are you looking for some adventure during winter break? Join the staff at the Nature Center for fun in the winter sun. Children will explore the outdoors through a variety of outdoor activities including animal tracking, orienteering, snowshoeing, fire building, campfire cooking, building snow forts and more! Campers will be outside most of the day so proper winter attire is a must!

Ferndale Schools Mid-Winter Break Camps (Ferndale)
Ferndale Schools offers mid-winter break care to preschool and elementary school students. It’s fun to stay after school in the Ferndale Schools!

MSU Tollgate Wild Winter Farm Camp (Novi)
Tollgate Farm offers fun-filled learning opportunities during school breaks for campers. Every day at camp is an exciting adventure as kids move through daily themes to care for the farm animals, take afternoon hikes in the woods, harvest early produce for nutritious Garden Kitchen snacks, engage in creative STEM projects, and experience lots of real science and hands-on fun! A typical camp day will include making yummy and nutritious snacks, partaking in animal chores, sowing seeds in the garden, and investigating the natural world of field, forest, and pond. New adventures apply science learning to everyday life!

Rochester Community Schools Mid-Winter Break Football Combine Camp (Rochester)
An ELITE and exciting one-day football combine & camp designed to develop the athletic and football skills of its participants. Campers will be instructed by Stoney Creek High School Football Coaches and Players. Campers will participate in drills and activities designed to develop their speed, agility, and football fundamentals. At the end of the day campers will have the opportunity to compete in games and competitions to showcase their athletic and football talents.

Total Soccer Indoor Soccer Camps (Royal Oak)
Total Soccer Camps are soccer only camps designed mindful of today’s young players. The goal is to further the techniques of all participants regardless of their current skill level.
