It’s rain…it’s snow…no…it’s marshmallows flying from the sky! As an alternative to the Easter Egg Hunts, come check out these marshmallow drops around town. Don’t worry, the marshmallows aren’t to eat (although we can’t promise anything) – so come let the kids loose, gather as many marshmallows as possible and turn them in for prizes, candy and more!

 

MARSHMALLOW DROP @ Patterson Park, Grosse Pointe Park
Friday, April 13 / 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
Cost: $10
Come on out to Patterson Park, located in Grosse Point Park, for some fluffy fun! This marshmallow-filled event gives your kiddo the chance to collet marshmallows for an awesome prize! While racing to get as many marshmallows as you can, make sure to look out for one of the five golden eggs hidden throughout the park! If your kiddo is able to snag one, they will receive an extra special prize!

 

MARSHMALLOW DROP @ Elizabeth Park, Trenton
Friday, April 19 / 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Cost: FREE
A blizzard of marshmallows will fill the sky as they tumble from the Easter Bunny’s helicopter.The Marshmallow Drop takes place on Friday, April 19 at Elizabeth Park in Trenton  at 9:00 AM and at Nankin Mills Park at 11:00 AM.

 

MARSHMALLOW DROP @ HYPE Recreation Center, Wayne
Friday, April 19 / 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Cost: FREE
Come on out to HYPE Recreation Center for their Marshmallow Drop! This fun-filled event allows kiddos ages toddler to 10 to race to collect marshmallows falling from the sky for awesome prizes. Don’t miss out on this awesome event!

 

THE GREAT MARSHMALLOW DROP @ Worden Park, Royal Oak
Friday, April 19 / 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Cost: FREE
On April 19, 15,000 marshmallows will be dropped from a helicopter to be exchanged for a prize! This free event is presented by Vibe Credit Union.

Come on out to Nankin Mills Park for their annual Marshmallow Drop! This fun, fluffy-filled event lets your kiddo race to collect as many flying marshmallows as they can for fun prizes! Don’t miss out on the chance to experience this Easter event like never before!
