It’s rain…it’s snow…no…it’s marshmallows flying from the sky! As an alternative to the Easter Egg Hunts, come check out these marshmallow drops around town. Don’t worry, the marshmallows aren’t to eat (although we can’t promise anything) – so come let the kids loose, gather as many marshmallows as possible and turn them in for prizes, candy and more!

Elizabeth Park (Trenton)

Catalpa Oaks County Park (Southfield)

Join Oakland County Parks for the Great Marshmallow Drop! Watch in amazement as 15,000 marshmallows are dropped from a helicopter. Participants then need to collect only one marshmallow that can be exchanged for a prize. There are four drop zone groups: Children ages 4 years and younger; children ages 5-7; and children ages 8-12. The drop for individuals with disabilities will begin at 11:30 a.m.

It’s not just raining marshmallows! At Canterbury Village’s Egg-stravaganza a helicopter will drop eggs for kids to collect! Get tickets for their events taking place March 23, 24, 29 and 30!
