It’s not always easy to find time to workout but it’s always worth it. We checked out Vibe Ride as a day-date and it was awesome! The Sunday morning spin class reminded us of our youthful club days (strobe lights, party music and music videos on the big screen) with post-workout drinks (who doesn’t love a mimosa?) but at the reasonable parents-of-two time of 10am. With showers on-site we could get cleaned up and grab a bite to eat downtown before getting the kids from grandma.
Whether you make it a date activity, a girlfriend outing or some needed ‘me-time’ Vibe Ride is the perfect place to get your heart-rate up and let go of the work, life, kid stress while powering through a spin class. In addition to cycling classes, Vibe Ride also offers barre, TRX training, body sculpting, yoga, and other premium group classes.
