Pregnancy and new motherhood (whether it’s your first child or not) is extremely stressful, but experiencing this life change while in the midst of a global pandemic is that much harder. HONEY SPACE FOR MOMS
Honey Space is a clubhouse, co-working space and wellness center specializing in supporting moms and moms-to-be. It’s permanent space is currently closed to the public but you can sign up for a new virtual membership to access daily meditation, kids classes, expert led workshops and therapist led support groups (including teletherapy for parents and couples) during this uncertain time.
DETROIT MAMA HUB
Detroit Mama Hub is an inclusive space that provides support, education and wellness services that allows new and expectant mothers to grow and thrive. The Hub has shifted its offerings online that include virtual Mama Circles, Breastfeeding 101 classes and private telehealth counseling.
ETERNAL SUNSHINE DOULA SERVICES
Eternal Sunshine Doula Services is a mom-owned doula business that empowers women one push at a time through birth work, postpartum care, and resources. With Virtual Doula support, we can limit physical contact, while nurturing families emotionally and providing information and resources all from the comfort of their home
NATURE’S PLAYHOUSE
Nature’s Playhouse provides valuable resources designed to support and enrich parents, parents-to-be, caregivers and families. From birthing and lactation support to prenatal yoga and mommy & me classes Nature’s Playhouse has transitioned its wellness services online to help moms during this difficult time.
