The Leslie Science and Nature Center is already one of our favorite places to explore with kids in Ann Arbor and we can’t wait for the new Nature Playscape.
The planned Nature Playscape will create an outdoor space designed for play, made of natural components such as plants, logs, water, sand, mud, boulders, hills and trees. The water feature, build area and climbing space will inspire kids to experience physics, engineering and states of matter in a hands-on way.
The Leslie Science & Nature Center is located on a public park and all outdoor public areas, including the hiking trails + raptor enclosure loop, are open from dawn to dusk. The Critter House is open to the public on select days.
