Kid-Friendly Events To Celebrate Star Wars Day In Metro Detroit

May the Fourth (Be With You) is Star Wars Day! If you have Jedi lovers at home, you won’t want to miss these events around town.
Northville District Library
May 2nd – 8th
Immerse yourself in Star Wars all week with books and materials that will be on display in the Youth Department. There will be bookmarks, stickers, coloring sheets, and activity sheets available for the kids to take home, and a scavenger hunt in the Library. Turn in your completed scavenger hunt sheet to be entered in a random prize drawing.
Romulus Public Library

Come celebrate Galaxy’s Edge and Dress up as your favorite character, bring your light sabers, and come and enjoy our Star Wars themed night right here at Rev’d Up Fun. Dress as your favorite character and receive a $10 Play Card and a discounted unlimited attraction pass for $22.

- Make your own (really cool) lightsaber
- Rescue Han with Science
- Make Your Own Space Ship
- Pull out your lightsaber and do a Jedi Kids Workout
- Read Jeffrey Brown’s Star Wars books – Good Night Darth Vader is especially fun.
