In response to school closures caused by the COVID-19 epidemic, the Library Street Collective and Standby teamed up to provide free dinners and a unique art sketchbook, named WE ALL RISE, to Detroit Public Schools students in need. Food is prepared and distributed through the support of Detroit-based non-profits Forgotten Harvest and The Detroit Boxing Gym and the sketchbook is available online. ⠀⠀
Families can download a FREE e-book versions of the WE ALL RISE coloring book, featuring designs from 29 world-renowned artists. Digital versions are also available for purchase with 100% of proceeds to benefit Living Arts, a non-profit with the goal of igniting creativity in the lives of Detroit youth through the performing, visual and media arts.
If you would like a physical copy of the book, WE ALL RISE is for sale for $12 and 100% of the proceeds benefit the Detroit Public Schools food distribution program.
