This fall be sure to add Franklin Cider Mill to your to-do list and try one of Oakland County’s oldest mills.

The Franklin Cider Mill is a one-of-a-kind living piece of history, with an active mill that presses its own cider on site. The viewing area will be open to the public to watch cider get made but the area is limited to 25 guests at a time and masks are required for that area.

Franklin’s cider is not filtered or pasteurized and contains no preservatives making it a uniquely delicious treat. Their donuts are equally as good and made from by old German recipe.

Stop by the Franklin Favorite’s Tent and find cheeses and meats – including our highly sought after local Stakish Honey – as well as butters, preserves, jams and jellies! Be sure to try a Cider Dog (fresh hot dogs marinated in cider).

Once a month (on Saturday at 10am) the Franklin Village Library will host a story time with themed related to Franklin Cider Mill: Cider & Donuts, Apples, and Ducks. Check the calendar for specific dates.

Also on Saturdays and Sundays this fall you can enjoy music by Live Mellow Jazz and entertainment by Chris the Magician.

Franklin Cider Mill opens for the season on Saturday, September 2nd. It will be open daily from 8am to 6pm until November 27th.
