Channel your inner super hero and increase your strength. You won’t be leaping tall buildings or scaling walls, but we can make pretending, a lot of fun. Build biceps like Batman (kinda), jump squat like the Hulk, and stretch like Superman. This is just some of the fun you’ll have working out like a super hero. Parents are welcome to workout too. We’re anticipating that a super hero will stop by too!
For ages 7-12 years, with pre-registration.
