Winter Hike Hot Cocoa
Friday, February 25 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
$3
Join in for a winter walk at the marsh. Among other things, watch for eagle’s nests and hope to catch a glimpse of their lives as they are prepping for another nesting season. It will be cold, but you can warm up with hot cocoa! Please bring a mug from home to take on the walk.
This is a hiking program so plan for cold temperatures. With wind-chill, the marsh is typically 10 degrees cooler than the displayed temperature. Wear more layers than you think you need just in case! Part of the hike will be in darkness so please bring a flashlight with a red light setting if you have one. There are limited lights to share.
