Mamas! We know you have been stressed! Quarantine time has added so many things to your job description. We want to give you a yoga practice— just for you – Mindful Mamas in honor of Mother’s Day. Join yoga teacher & mama of 3, Kelly Frank, for a 30 minute flowing practice, reassurance, positivity & some fun ~all about your experience as a Mom. Loving your children unconditionally starts with loving You unconditionally. This class is geared for just moms but children are welcome to join.
