This active and playful yoga four week class is designed for our youngest yogis to move their bodies while learning encourages motor development, calming techniques, and building social skills. In this weekly class, children are encouraged and taught yoga in a fun way. We’ll practice yoga postures, incorporate stories, games and music with lots of movement and mindfulness. Yoga is for all ages, but this class is designed with ages 2-5 in mind. No prior experience is required.
If space allows drop-ins will be available.
