In this one-hour, hands-on experience participants will create a piece of Detroit history to take home! Choose from different pre-pressed tiles designed by Pewabic designers and create your own masterpiece. Pewabic production staff will teach participants glazing techniques, like bulb glazing, to create a finished tile. With many different glazes to chose from, you are guaranteed to create a unique design! Once your artwork is complete, the tiles will be taken back to the Pewabic Pottery facility. Once the tiles have been fired, we will notify you with pick up instructions. Finished tiles will be available for pick up at The Community House.
