The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy’s family-friendly “Winter at Valade” celebrations continue with a “Motown Love” theme this weekend featuring horse-drawn carriage rides, live music, ice sculptures and more. The February 19-21 celebration is free and part of the Conservancy’s winter programming that takes place every weekend at Robert C. Valade Park through February 28.
