Celebrate the fall migration of Monarch Butterflies. Find out how far these delicate creatures travel and how they prepare for the long journey south. Hike with us through our unique wetland habitat and discover why Lake St. Clair Metropark is an important “stop-over” point for these butterflies during migration. If conditions are right, there will be a demonstration on tagging and releasing butterflies for scientific study.
