Help us celebrate International Yoga Day by learning the basics of this healthy, calming practice. Local certified yoga instructor, Thirupu Siva-Palani, will share the movements and breathing that can make yoga an important part of a daily routine. Geared for children 8 and up with their parents and caregivers. Tweens, Teens and Adults welcome! Don’t forget to bring your own mat or towel and wear loose clothing.
