Twice a year, the Michigan DNR waives all fishing license fees and West Bloomfield Parks is coordinating the perfect way to celebrate.  Join us at the fishing pier located inside Marshbank Park on Cass Lake for the opportunity to share this great outdoor pastime with your family.

Never been fishing before?  No problem!  We will have staff on hand with a limited number of fishing poles provided for hands-on instruction to get you and your child started. Play fishing games or win a fishing pole if you catch the smallest or the largest fish of the night.

Dinner to-go (provided by Buffalo Wild Wings) will be served at the Maple Ridge Shelter near the pier.

This program will be a catch and release of all fish, so bring your camera to document your successes! Registration is required and no on-site registration will be offered. There will be two time slots: 4pm & 5:30pm.
