Skating is fun, easy to learn and the best low impact aerobic workout you can do. Even if you have never been on skates come on out so you can see what it’s like. We will cover the basics and get you to a point where you are comfortable skating safely!
We’ll help you choose the right fit skates for you, how to do basic moves, proper skating posture, and gaining balance and confidence on your skates.
Attendees under the age of 16 yrs must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
