Family Yoga is an opportunity for an adult and child to explore movement, relaxation, and fun activities together. Yoga gives children a fantastic opportunity to use and maintain their natural flexibility and release stress. Yoga provides the perfect balance for children and adults to stay healthy, gain confidence, and use their powers of imagination while improving concentration.
