- This event has passed.
The Detroit Historical Museum is open for visitors again! We have put into place special protocol for visiting and limited hours for the safety of our guests.
To minimize in-person interactions and help us manage capacity, advance ticket purchases are highly encouraged. Please note, however, that they are not required. We do anticipate being able to accommodate walk-in visitors.
We have done our best to keep all of our exhibitions open, safe and accessible. We will provide our guests with a stylus to operate any buttons or touchscreens and minimize contact with high-touch surfaces.
All restrooms will be open, but public water fountains will be closed for the time being. Bottled water will be available at the front desk or in the museum store.
Protective face coverings are required for visitors age 3 and up.
Can’t wait to see you there!
