COOKING CAMP (AGES 8-12)
Monday, July 27 - Saturday, August 1$75
This 4-day camp is designed to introduce your child to kitchen safety, knife skills, an understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen tools, cutting and measuring ingredients, and producing delicious food. Parents will receive a list of ingredients, tools required, and recipes in advance that will be required each day. Chef Pam will then walk the students through how to accurately cut and measure ingredients, the techniques used for the days cooking, and how to successfully produce tasty food every time.
For the safety of campers all cooking/baking camp instructions will be pre-recorded. Each day parents will be sent the new video that includes step by step instructions and demonstrations of amazing, delicious recipes! These pre-recorded videos will allow the campers to participate in cooking and baking techniques at any time, at their own pace, and when an adult is able to assist. Recipes will be emailed prior to start of camp and videos will be available until the end of the week.
