An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until August 31, 2021
Baby and Me yoga classes are a very comfortable, supportive environment where parents can meet, make connections and enjoy special times with their babies, all while experiencing the benefits of yoga.
Classes are designed for parents with non-walking infants/toddlers (0-18 months). No prior yoga experience necessary, you and your baby may participate as gently as you like. If you have questions about when to start, do ask your midwife or doctor.
We suggest wearing comfortable clothes you can move in, a yoga mat and having a blanket for your baby on hand. All caregivers and partners are welcome to join.
Class is Free and open to the public but pre-registration required.
