Join us in search of antlers in the woods!
Each winter, white-tailed deer shed their antlers only to grow new ones in the spring. Learn about this amazing cycle then search the trails and wooded areas in Bloomer Park for dropped antlers. Dress for the weather and walking in the woods, rain or shine! You can take home any antlers you may find.
Recommended for ages 7+, children under 12 must purchase a ticket and be accompanied by a paid adult.
*Participants will meet at the Pine Grove shelter. Please arrive on time as program content starts promptly and participants often venture out into the park. As a courtesy to wildlife and other participants, please leave your pets at home. Content such as changes/maps will be sent via email leading up to the program. Pre-registration is required.
