The holiday season is officially here and we’re excited for all things that can brighten up our festivities. To keep safe and cozy, pile the family into the car and enjoy these 2020 fun and festive drive-thru holiday events happening all throughout Michigan and Metro Detroit.


Wayne County Lightfest (Westland)

Wayne County Parks presents a 4.5 mile holiday display along Hines Drive with 45 light displays.

  • Dates: November 25 – December 31
  • Admission: $5 per car

Magic of Lights (Clarkston)

The 1 1/2 mile path will feature over one million lights on spectacular displays to bring your favorite holiday themes and characters to life.

  • Dates: November 13 – January 2
  • Admission: $25 per car

The Christmas Lite Show (Comstock Park)

Take in over a million lights and 50 animated displays for almost 2 miles. You can also rent the Memory Lane Train for a truly memorable family ride.

  • Dates: November 25 – January 2
  • Admission: $25 per car

Nite Lites (Brooklyn)

Head to Michigan International Speedway for a 3 mile long light display.

  • Dates: November 26 – December 31
  • Admission: $25 per car Sunday-Thursday and $30 per car Friday & Saturday

Christmas at Crossroads (Flint):

See displays of your favorite holiday scenes as Christmas music fills the air at Crossroads Village.

  • Dates: November 27 – December 30
  • Admission: $10 per car

Santa Visits (Novi)

Santa will be making the rounds and delivering cookies and crafts to kids in cars!

  • Dates: Friday, December 4
  • Admission: $5

Lake Orion Lighted Christmas Parade (Lake Orion)

This year, instead of our myriad of floats parading up Front Street to Broadway through downtown, our participating entrants—draped in holiday lighting—will be positioned along Broadway. Spectators will drive by each display to get their dose of Christmas cheer. This year’s theme is “Christmas In Toyland” !

  • Dates: Saturday, December 5
  • Admission: FREE

Holiday Lights at the Farm (Novi)

Celebrate the holidays with a lighted holiday cruise at the farm! Guests will enjoy holiday light displays built by volunteers and businesses from the comfort of their cars. Add to the fun by pre-purchasing a cookie and coco to-go box for your cruise.

  • Dates: December 17-21
  • Admission: $10
