Downtown Detroit is welcoming a new movie experience, as Emagine and Bedrock Detroit partner on a drive-in theatre set to bring movie classics, like Jurassic Park, Shrek, and Back to the Future to the NEW Monroe Street Drive-In Theatre this winter!

Pack up the car with pillows and snacks and get ready for a classic movie night. Bedrock has partnered with Emagine theatres to offer families a unique entertainment activity this winter with weekly movie nights. Reserve your spot online, tickets are $20 per vehicle, and enjoy a 7pm show Thursday – Friday beginning January, 22nd.

The movie schedules will be released once a week and each showing has capacity for 65 vehicles including outdoor seating, pedestrian paths, concession pavilions and lighting, warming areas and public restroom trailers. The opening weekend line up is:

  • Friday, January 22: Jurassic Park
  • Saturday, January 23: Shrek
  • Sunday, January 24: Back to the Future
