Spring Break dates throughout Michigan and Metro Detroit are different for every district, but most schools are scheduled for spring break between April 3rd thru 10th. So whenever your kids have Spring Break, here are some fun activities for your whole family to enjoy – giveaways included!

Spend Family Time Bowling In Midtown

Enjoy some old-fashioned fun at the Garden Bowl in Midtown Detroit. Spend the afternoon competing for the high score and chowing down on delicious pizza from Sgt. Pepperoni. The over 100 year old bowling alley is fun for the family and has bumpers and ball ramps for the little bowlers. Enter to win an afternoon out on us!

GIVEAWAY: Family Day at Garden Bowl

Enter to win 2.5 hrs of bowling, shoe rental, four slices of pizza per person, garden salad, and refillable pitchers of soda for up to six people at Garden Bowl in Downtown Detroit.

See Your Favorite Superheroes

Plan a visit to the Henry Ford to see Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes. The temporary exhibit features more than 300 artifacts, including some of Marvel’s most iconic and sought-after pages, costumes and props. Give the Halloween costumes some more use and have a SUPER day out with the kids.

Visit Royal Oak

The colder months are our favorite time to visit the Detroit Zoo. It’s not as crowded, it’s a great excuse to be outside and you can get a closer look at the animals who are often indoors. Take your cubs out for an afternoon with animals and then treat yourself to a family meal during Royal Oak Restaurant Week (March 27th to April 5th). Enter to win a $50 giftcard to a restaurant in downtown Royal Oak and enjoy a family dinner (or date night)!

Go To Opening Day

Take them out to the ball park because the 2020 Tigers season begins in Detroit on march 30th. Get tickets to the game or watch it on the big screen at Beacon Park for FREE! Or plan a trip downtown on Sunday afternoon on April 5th for KID’S Opening Day – take a spin on the carousel, ride the ferris wheel, and run the bases for FREE before, during and after the game.

Have a Pre-Historic Adventure

The dinosaurs are back! Bring your family to the TCF CEnter and enjoy some pre-historic fun as you ride dinosaurs, search for fossils, watch live demonstrations and more at Dinosaur Adventure on April 4th & 5th. Enter to win 6 tickets for your family to experience a Dinosaur Adventure downtown!

Can’t be at home all week with the kids?
