Need a reason to go to Detroit next month? Here are a few things we plan to do in June.

Los Trompos

If you haven’t been to Beacon Park to take Los Trompos for a spin you don’t want to miss out. The colorful, interactive art exhibit from Mexico City is fun for all ages and it’s final day is June 9th.

Broadway musical Anastasia debuts at the Fisher Theatre on June 11th and the Russian Duchess isn’t the only royalty in attendance. Every night The Peacock Room will host a Princess Pop-Up in the atrium offering tiaras for moms and littles. (Tuesday, June 11 – Sunday, June 23)

Sesame Street

Elmo and friends are celebrating 50 years of Sesame Street in Detroit for a special one day family festival that will include a stage show, photo opportunities, and hands-on activities. (Saturday, June 22)

Detroit City Soccer

If you haven’t been to a Detroit City Football Club game you want to go. Even if you aren’t a soccer fan, the electric atmosphere will get you excited for the game. Can’t decide which game to attend? We’ll be there Sunday, June 30th and would love for you to say hi!

River Days + Ford Fireworks
